Mostly, traditional publishers are seen to follow up the procedure of printing the books in bulk (1000+ copies). This is only the reason why they charge heavy fees (in range of lakhs) to debut writers and authors. To overcome this restriction Authors Ink Publication adopts Print on Demand (PoD) technique. In PoD, your book is kept with Authors Ink Publication and copies are printed only on demand and this enables Authors Ink Publication to even publish a single copy at a time and in this way no cost burden of printing comes in the way of book publishing.

Royalties paid on the retail price are fairly simple to calculate, and unless, the retail price of the book changes (which does happen), retail royalties are locked in. Average retail royalties fall in the 10% – 15% range on Hardcover sales, and 5% – 7.5% on Trade Paperback sales, generally.

Authors are allowed to order additional copies of their book at an ease from their dashboard at its production cost. Taxes and Shipping cost is additional. The minimum quantity of such orders is 30 books. (Ordering copies lower than 30 are also allowed by paying small additional processing charges) The production of PoD books take 5-7 working days + Shipping time, so kindly manage to place your order at an early note, if you want to meet any deadline. Shipping is done by standard courier partners.
